Return Policy

Club Store Return & Exchange Policy

Classic Thunderbird Club International (CTCI) strives to provide the highest quality products to its members.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your CTCI purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund by contacting the CTCI office at 816-421-8273, within 30 days of purchase.

Current year membership dues are not refundable.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange purchases made from CTCI’s member store (on-line or call in orders) or items purchased at a CTCI supported event.

All we ask is your item must be new, unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where applicable.

Before sending items back, please contact the CTCI office to arrange the return or exchange.

While a receipt is helpful, it is not necessary. If you provide the CTCI staff with your CTCI member number we’ll easily be able to look up your purchase history.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product worth more than $75 by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. CTCI is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

To return or exchange an item:

  • Contact the CTCI office 816-421-8273 to initiate the return or exchange.
  • Securely package the item to avoid damage.
  • Include a copy of your invoice, packing slip or other identifying document. (if you don’t have an invoice, the CTCI office can email a copy to you)
  • Ship your package to:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item:

  • not in its original saleable condition
  • damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to CTCI’s error.

When your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied based on your original method of payment (credit card, check, etc.)

On rare occasions, if your check has not yet cleared the bank, there may be a short delay until the refund is completed.
