> Investment Committee Chair – Gaylan Abood presented an update of the RFP (Request for Proposal) process regarding how the funds from the sale of the building will be invested. The RFP was sent to a select group prospective investment managers. The Investment Committee has received back responses and has reduced the list to 3 finalists. Next step is to interview the finalists on 6/17; pick the best, and provide recommendations to the board.
> Due to the complex items related to the sale of the building, the Treasure’s report was not ready. It was agreed to reconvene the board meeting after the Treasure’s report is complete.
Next Board Meeting is set for June 18, 2021

CTCI Board of Directors Election — Call for Candidates
In accordance with CTCJ Bylaws, Article V, an election will be held for the office of Director for Regions 1, 3 and 5, and Director-at-Large. Candidates must be CTCI members. The Directorat-Large may reside anywhere, but candidates for Regions l, 3 and 5 must live in, and remain a resident of their respective region.
Region l consists of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Eastern Canada.
Region 3 consists of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Northern Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Northern California, Hawaii, and Western Canada. The division line between Northern and Southern California is an east-west line through Hanford, California.
Region 5 consists of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mexico.
Candidates’ resumes of 300 words or less must be received at the CTCI office no later than August 1, 2021. A recent color photo, suitable for publication, must accompany your resume.
