Classic Thunderbirds of San Diego

The Classic Thunderbirds of San Diego, established in February 1969, is dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of 1955, 1956, and 1957 Thunderbirds, though we welcome all Thunderbird fans from all years. We usually meet every other month to socialize, exchange technical information, and conduct club business. Club activities also include parades, car shows, car touring, and trips to sites of interest in and around San Diego.

Prospective members are always welcome to join us. You do not need to own a Thunderbird to be a member of CTSD. Many of our members own 2002-2005 Retro Birds and 1960s Thunderbirds, or used to or plan to own Thunderbirds. Our meetings are in different locations in San Diego to accommodate members from different areas, though we often meet near Kearny Mesa.
